SWIVELS

Seat swivels are popular upgrades when you have a single passenger seat. There are various options which include a swivel plate mounted to your existing seat base to an integral swivel/base system. You could also have an integrated safe within the seat base if required. All of our seating products are crash tested for piece of mind. The Swivels below are for VW T5 and T6 vehicles.  We use products from REIMO, RIB. Scroll Down for further images.
REIMO – £175

 

  • Tested and Certified – European TUV safety approval
  • Reimo quality
  • increases seat height approximately 25mm
  • Off-centre rotation point, offset by approx. 40 mm
  • Different mounts required for driver’s and passenger’s side.
  • Plastic seat base panel will require trimming to ensure correct fit
  • Driver’s seat swivel will require a handbrake adaptor or other modification to enable the seat to rotate correctly
RIB – £170

 

  • Swivel plate mounts between your original seat bases and the original seat slider rails
  • European TUV safety approval
  • Height 23mm
  • Automatically locks in place facing forward for driving
  • Swivel is centrally located in the seat
  • Red release lever should be positioned opposite the handbrake and angled upwards
  • Drivers swivel is £190.  It’s design negates the need to modify the handbrake.  Seat will swivel but handbrake wil be off (vehicle to be kept in gear).
  • All bolts/fixings supplied
  • Plastic seat base and lower seat panel will require trimming to ensure correct fit
